I have successfully made bread from scratch before, but Friday was a gold star day because I successfully made Swedish Rye Bread with no flops! I have tried on 3 different occasions to make this and it usually ends in disaster, but Friday I was successful! It even tasted good!
Making Swedish Rye Bread is not for the faint of heart! It seriously took hours to complete! All the mixing and waiting and rising and waiting and more rising and waiting. Good things come to those who wait though! It sure turned out nice!

Now if you could only smell it! Yum!!!
