I have A New Sink!

My husband is my super hero for sure! He installed a new (to us) sink on Thursday and it is so great! It's a deep sink and I can finally wash my biggest pans without water going everywhere! The other good news is that because he had to redo some of the plumbing underneath, I can now fit my garbage can and recycling under my sink! Yippee! We don't have to look at it anymore! This may seem silly to you, but it is such a blessing to our family! We purchased the sink from some friends of ours who were remodeling their kitchen this year to sell their house. We paid a fraction of what a cast iron heavy duty sink would cost retail. The Lord truly blessed us with this wonderful new addition in our kitchen! The Lord is good!

Ooooh! I'd love a new sink. Mine is white porcelain or ceramic??? All I know is it's scratched and impossible to clean and keep clean! Not deep either! I try to be thankful for running water when I'm frustrated, but a nice sink would be loverly! :) Sounds like you guys got a great deal!
