I have had a blog here in the past but couldn't really keep up with it.  However, things change, times change, and I thought I would try, try again.  I am a homeschooling momma to 3 angels, 1DD age 15, 1DD age 12, and a DS age 10.  We have a good balance of structure and laid back schooling.  We have a great time together.  I have also been married for 17 1/2 years to the love of my life.  More now than then, if that is possible.  He is a full time Army Man with the Ms. National Guard.  We are so proud of him.  Our family revolves around a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.  We are seeking a deeper walk with Him daily.  We are also seeking a healthier lifestyle by exploring whole foods.  We live in the country on 10 acres.  We have 2 horses, 1 foal, 3 dogs, and 1 cat.  I would love chickens but we are just not there yet.  There's always some type of adventure going on here.LOL

Hi there. Thanks for visiting my blog. Sounds like we have a lot in common. You sound like a real farm girl. I'd love to live on a ranch and someday when hubby retired from the USMC, maybe we will be able to do just that!

What cirriculum do you use? We are laid back homeschoolers ourselves. We try to copy the Charlotte mason philosophy, somewhat. It's our first year with this method. We all got sick of workbooks and yucky boring text books! We like this method a lot.
