This saturday was DD1 and 2's first horse show.  We are just starting this new adventure.  If it were up to me we wouldn't be but we are nonetheless.LOL  We are doing the 4H horse shows.  So we drove up to Pontotoc, 1 hour North of us and spent all day Saturday at the horse show.  It was fun.  The girls did not place this time but they did learn alot and now know what they need to work on befor the next show.  They are not as interested in the speed events (barrel racing) as they are the more logistic events (trail, western riding).  They are working hard to perfect these events.  It's a fun family hobby.

Hi! I just saw your post, and I see our daughters have similar interests - horses! And I think you and I may be kindred spirits...because we both would rather NOT be in this sphere. Yet nonetheless, here we are! I posted a pic of my dd today as well...similar show results, but yours looks like it was inside! Oh, I WISH! The show we were in didn't have barrel racing, but it sounds fun to watch.
