Nothing much happening...really happened today. But I have NEWS! Okay so, my older sister is in AZ and so we have been trying to figure out how to get their and my silly parents have changed the way that we are getting their about...3 times!!!!! For instants we were first going on a plane, then we switched to driving..then NOW we are back to the original decision of flying!! -_- I was like "Woulllld you make up yo minds already!! Lol" and they say they're just seeing how flexiable I can be..hmph!! Lol Ooh I watched HERCULES for the first time EVER just on Friday!! and I LUVed itttt except it scared me a couple of times ,I'm glad my parents didn't let me watch it when I was younger!! I'm the person in the background...lolHim and my other cousin Clark were playing football! ^^ He's the captian of his football team.  he's a very tall guy! Hey everyone! =) Well...now that I've been back for *Sunday..threw Thursday* 5 days I'm leaving AGAIN! It's our Annual trip *for about 5 years now* to the beach with my dad's side of the family ,Sooooooo we get to see our cousins. We have so many cousins on that side..lol 9 to be presice I get to only see 8 though because one is in Central America. :( And she's like...I like her a lot!! I get to see Jenny, Heidi ,Katie, Grant, Clark, Faith, Natalia and Harmony. The last 3 girls are adopted like myself! hehehe :) They're spoiled rotten...pfff....lol and little rascals ,but very cute! lol Last time I saw them was about a 2 months ago. Last time I saw the older 3 last year at Christmas...lol then I saw and Clark...hmm...in January he used to be my pal ,but he's kind of a jock type guys now....XP as for Grant he is now my pal! lol Last time I saw him was in March. Wonder if he'll of changed any.....I HOPE NOT!! Lol I NEED one of my cousins to goof off with! lol Well anyways...I believe I've babble on enough about my cousins SORRY!!! Back from the wonderful Land of Disney! ^^

Hey...I'm back from Disney Land and it was the best! :) I love Disney Land!! ^^ I met a lot of nice peoples ....since we had to wait in line and all I'd talk to people or laugh at what they were doing THEN we'd talk! :) hehehe I went there thinking I'd HATE The Tower Of Terror which is a ride where you are sitting in an Elavator and you go Stright up and down!  It was SOOOoooooooooo SCARY! Lol But I loved it...I hated it too...love-hate ride! Lol I loved it because it was scary and I could scream my guts out, and hated it BECAUSE it scared me so much that I DID Scream my guts out and my throat hurt bad after it! lol I would always ask my sister if she wanted to go on it again! Lol ^^ hehehe Crazy girl I am! 10 times on this ride lol I LOVED  SPLASH MOUNTAIN! :DYAY lol it was like the best ride because it had lots of drops! and cute things to look at during the ride plus my sister and I got to do go on it like..6 times! ^^  This ride...was fun ,but mostly because of the people we rode with! LOL!! :) I like almost died laughing with one of the guys we rode with haha...I can't repeat what he said or I may die again plus some of it wasn't very clean...-_- Umm...it was a blast though!! THe peoples amused me on this ride! ^^ I was FREZZING afterwards though because Kaycee had us go on it..over and OVER lol I lost count of that how many times we went on that one. lol   CALIFORNIA SCREAMIN' Oooh man..all I can say is LUVED it! :D Going upside down is ssssssssooo FUN! hehe And the Big Bad Wolf scared me...very mean of him..he fits his name and now I know why he's call the "BIG bad wolf" Lol I saw Chip n' DALe I love those guys hehe..and we saw Prince John from Robin Hood. Cruella Devil...umm..PLuto ,Mickey ,Minnie, Mr. Incrediable , Darth Vader, and...I believe that's it! :D So there we go...:) Hope you liked this entrY! ~Kristi* |

Hey friends! ^^ I’m going to be gone for a week because I’m going to Disney Land. Just my younger sister Kaycee and I are going on our own. We are leaving on Sunday and get back Saturday I believe. I’m kind of a bit nervous about switching flights by our selves ,but it should be fine! We are staying with my older sister and she’s going to take us care of us once we get there! THis is long ,but it's a report of food I had to try when I was in Japan.

FOOD OF JAPAN
One of my learning experiences was, my Oka-san took me to a cooking class and I made California Sushi Rolls. It was fun to make them with friends of hers and my younger host sister. We would lay out sheets of Sea weed on a bamboo rolling mat, then spread rice over the Sea weed, sprinkle sesames seeds on top of the rice then we’d flip it over and fill them up with, avocado, smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, crab , after we’d done that we would take one side of the bamboo rolling mat and roll the rice and all that up into a roll. Then we’d cut them into smaller pieces.
They were very good. Califonia Sushi Rolls While we were making Sushi Rolls there were kids making another dish. Some kids young kids were making Octopus Rolls called Takoyaki. It was a one of the ladies had me try it and I didn’t know what it was until I was eating it, THEN she told me what it was. I ate it politely though, I was trying it right in front of the kids that were making it, they were laughing at my face, so I think they knew that I didn’t really like it. It was a crispy outside that had bonito flakes and a sauces covering it and inside was octopus and red ginger and green onion. But I tried Octopus and it’s just not really my taste of food. But the lady told me that kids in Japan really like them.  Takoyaki Octopus Balls These are the left over ingrediance we had from the California Sushi Rolls. They didn’t like to waste anything. So I would eat everything that they gave to me to be polite. It was quite filling though because their dishes are more healthy than ours in America, so I didn’t get as hungry as fast.  Left overs This is a desert that I had at a restaurant it was, whipped cream, peaches, ice cream then on the bottom was a peach flavored gel type thing and it was delicious. Peaches are very popular in Japan ,I had them a lot while I was there and I got a present from my brother’s English teacher that was peaches.  Peach treatThis was my typical breakfast while I was there. Egg ,cooked cabbage and little sausage with toast ,a type of fruit and ice tea. Or it would be lettuce instead of cabbage. They ate cabbage so much, I didn’t realize that until I went their. It was a good meal to start out with, very nutritious!  BreakfastThis was the last meal I had there it was Rice in the little bowl, Miso Soup with Oysters at the bottom then the main dish was raw cabbage and Pork. Okay...well I’ll list 5 things new with me that have been going on since I haven’t written in a long while! Sorry about that! 1. I got my drivers permit! :D Yahooie it was pretty exciting because I’d taken it before ,but didn’t pass..–_- . This time I did though. I went in to the DMV office with my dad and sister since my sister was going to try for it too. I had just looked at the book the night before and took the practice test on the internet just before we left ,because I didn’t know I was going in! Lol We both too the test and the lady called both our names and said “you both passed” I felt like jumping and screaming lol ,because I was happy I actually passed! Lol I did squeal which made the other people waiting laugh a bit. :) My sister and I were having a *teasing* aguement about who would be driving home. I ended up driving on the back roads ,that was fun! I’ve driven on our back roads 2 times now ,it’s fun and my parents say I’m a good driver and are happy with I drive. Besides the fact that I really HAVE TO PRACTICE keeping more in the middle of the road than on the side line! Lol 2. I’m busy with school ,which is why I’m not on as much. I have 14 subjects ,that I have to do. So I have to get most of them done before I can get on the computer ,plus my mom takes it in the evenings now. 3. I’ve been decorating my wall like crazy with Japanese type things. Hello Kitty -I cut out then put on my wall , Japanese candy wrappers *my friends idea ,i took lol* ,names of band I like ,song names I like etc. Tis fun ,but my wall has gotten very full...maybe a bit too much! Lol 4. The beginging of Oct. my sister and I get to go Disney Land to see my Older sister ,because she works there! That’s going to be a lot of fun ,because since she works their we get discounts at a store and get in for nothing! ^^ AND since we haven't seen her in a long while and ,we won't see her again until January. 5. I’m not sure what else ,except I can’t wait until this Sunday because we are going to a Fun place lol ,it has bowling ,go carts ,and an arcade!! :) I love just being around peoples my own age ,so it’ll be fuN! Lol Plus the guys in our youth group are so funny ,should be an entertaining bus ride there! ^^ ~Kristi* |

Hey yo!! ^^ Well nothing much happening here with me...just hanging out lately. I’ve started school and am trying to FORCE myself to keep on track ,because since I’m a Junior this year I want to do really good with my grades and stuff. Sooo...I won’t be on here as often ,but I’ll try my best. The first day of school I did math for 2 hours...omg..I’m never doing that again! Haha it hurt my brain..major!! I thought i was suppose to finish a section of Math ,but I was only suppose to do 45 minutes to an hour of it ,but I guess my mind had drifted when my mom was going over the math rules....tehe -_- EH ,my parents thought it was pretty funny though! Lol Mm...on Sunday I went to my friends house ,which was fun! Hehe. We didn’t do much ,but just being around her is fun ,we talked like silly teenage girls do. Laughed a lot ,the usual. Her and Kaycee kept on having fun doing things to me...such as ~thinks~ scaring me like ,she threw a piece of her popsicle at me just to see my reaction!! Hahaha The one thing that she DIDN’T Doooo which she said she would is glomp me ,which is a feirce hug haha! She said on the phone next time she saw me she was going to do it ,but she didn’t Haha!! :D After her house we came home ,and my sister and I had to help my mom get dinner ready for their friends. My parents just decided to have friends over for dinner and so Kaycee and I had to clean up dinner and stuff. I didn’t mind that much. It was funny because they were playing a game called “Balderdash” *funny game with whoever plays it* and they were just laughing EVERYTHING it was quite funny because ,the one guy that I saw reading the card was trying to act all serious ,like he was the game host ,but he broke and started laughing too! Kaycee and I were watching T.V. in the other room laughing at how funny they were. Lol Now ,I’m just listening to music! ^^ I ღLUV MOZIC♪ it’s the bestest in the world!! ^-^ ~Kristi☆ |

Hi ,just reporting here that I went tubing on the lake Sunday and when I went on a tube with the guy that owned the boat's girlfriend since none of the other girls wanted to....(party poopers) Lol anyways I went and we were on just one tube together and we weren't really poitioned right. At towards the end ...eh.. we hit a big wave and her elbow hit my mouth and it HURT and so now my tooth hurts still. I can't talk without having a lisp..lol it's kind of annyoing! Lol ~Kristi* |

Today ,((my younger sister Kaycee's exchange student ))Ayako and I made up a lil' rutine of synconized swimming. It was fun ,we did it on the ground cuz our pools not that deep lol ,it was so fun. A while later Kaycee came out and she was like our coach telling us how to do things differently to make it better and more syncronized!! Lol I like it we got it almost to perfection ,we did a proformance for my mom and older sister then my dad! :D After we swam I layed on the airconditioning vent lol ,and I had my night gown ,so it made it inflade LOL ,it was before dinner so my family was surrounding me because they were waiting to eat ,they started laughing at me and punching me cuz I looked like a pillow with a face LOL It was soo funny ,Kaycee took pix of it!! haha ,I was like "WHOA I doo look like a pillow" Welp.....that's what I did that was interesting enough to share with you..lol ~Kristi* |

Hey!! I'm back!! Hmm...well I had an awesome time! I loved my family I stayed with they were so great!!!! Yuka was basically the same ,that I know of I don't really remember what she was like 4 years ago so...we just kind of started over ,but it was still cool ,she and her mom spoke good English which helped with commuication! ^-^ I had my parents ,a younger sister Emi ,younger brother Shogo and my then Yuka! ^-^ I didn't get to see Yuka much because she was busy with Dance club after school each day ,but I did get to spend a few days with her here and there! :D Emi was like my other lil' host she was so cute and fun ,we played Mario a lot ,and we would sing songs and talk!! Lol :D I luved her cuz she was so funny! lol Mmm....I got to go to a bunch of differnet places ,like temples ,famous shopping places , Tokyo Disney Sea ,Sea Paridise *which is an Aquarium type place ,but has a bunch of rides* ,School for English Class and lots of other places!! :) I made a bunch of friends hehehe .....mmm...yeah.....uhhh...yeah. Hiyo! Well..this is my last time getting on here!! ^_^ WHY? if you don't know.. lol I'm going to Japan for a month to visit my friend ,tis VERY EXCITING for me ,cuz I've been wanting to go since I was 13 ,but my parents wouldn't let me till I was older so I'm OLDER and am actually going! I can't say that I'm nervous ,which makes my mom and dad glad and said that I'm mature enough to go since I'm not all panic and stuff lol I can't wait to see my friend Yuka!! :D Meet her family and just experieriance it all! ^-^ Doesn't even really seem like I'm going to do this???? Like tis not real to me yet?? Lol Hmm..oh well! Lol Anyways I leave tomorrow morning at 4 AM!! Paaa,I go to a small air port ,and go to another place for an all day oriantation ,then I'll stay the night some place with my 4-H group , we'll all go to the next airport and fly on a international Airplane *I'm excited about that* ,we'll get to Tokyo and land *duh lol* , we'll go to a bus and go to a hotel..or something ,and I'm really not sure what else is going to happen from there? Like how I'll meet with my family and all! TAHhhhhhhhhaaa I can't say how excited I am! Lol My family is a bit of a wreck...lol my dad mostly ,he says that he's already lost 2 of his girls now he's losing me ,but he's so funny ,being dramatic and aLL!! hahaha My older sister is the 2nd wreck! Lol Then mom and kaycee ,then my sister Mollee ,Hmm...I'm wondering how my go'byes are going to be? If I'll cry or something? I'll feel bad if I don't ,but embarrassed if I do! Only..~squeals~ a WEEK until I'm GONE!! :D Kind of hard though ,cuz my grandpa is dieing...... I'm  going to miss his furural ,and it's like the only time I get to see my cousins...I'm going to be sad that he is going to pass away ,but  he'll be with my Grandma ,because he really misses her..:( I love my grandpa! I'll miss him a lot ,but he's not happy and I'd like him to nyappy up with God and my grandma! ^-^ Umm..hmm...well yeah..I'm leaving in a week and so will be busy packing ,making a photo album and getting gifts all ready ...AND PACKIng..I said that already ,but that's going to be the challenge!!!!!!!! Lol I can't wait for 4th of July! :D I luv that holiday ,we are probably going to watch the...1st National Treasure! YAY!  YAY for KUNG FU PANDA!!!!! That is what I did at Kung Fu Panda yesterday!! :D Omg..it was very good!! If you like funny movies it's definetly one you'd want to see!! I want to see it again so bad! Lol Kind of odd though cuz there was only 13 people in the theater...,but it was fun ,kind of felt like I knew all of them! Lol I think it's a great movie...hehehe and JACKIE CHAN is a voice in the movie the monkey! I LUV Jackie Chan ,so that was fun! hehehe CRAZY i tell you...but anyways....I liked it a loT! ~Kristi* |
