I've decided to start trying to post our meals for the week on Monday.
Monday-Beef stew
Tuesday-Chicken Fettucine Alredo w/breadsticks and green beans
Wednesday-Southwestern chicken w/rice broccoli and corn
Thursday-Pork chops w/perogies, carrots
Friday-Steak w/grilled potatoes, herbed tomatoes and green beans
I've been hoping to start doing my own bread baking, but it always seems to be too late in the day to start or we have things to run off and do. I'm going to try to start baking in the morning. Now, I just need to try to get up and ready earlier to accomplish this. I also need to start preparing a better breakfast for the kiddos. We've been running on not so great breakfasts for way too long. I don't know if that is a result of the summer months being so busy or what. I know that most of it is my fault for being too tired in the am to get up earlier. I just need to get to bed earlier!!
