Vikings unit study

Yes, I know.  The long awaited pictures have not been posted.  I'm going to try to take a little snooze after I post this unit study and then maybe later today I'll get the pictures posted.

Remember, that I'm making this unit extremely easy.  This is because I'll have had the csection (Aug 18th) a few weeks before and will still be sore and sleep deprived.  We will be taking alot of pictures during our study and making a little scrapbook.  We will be adding vocabulary and I will have them write a little description everyday.  I found some really cute Viking notebooking pages at currclick.com for $3 that we will probably use.

I don't see "slaughtering the local villagers" anywhere in this unit!

Summer time bedtimes...the longer the sun is up the harder it is to get the kiddies to sleep. I long for the dark days of winter!
