My wonderful, beautiful friend, Lisa is currently fighting stage four cancer. She and her family left Japan after her diagnosis last year. I knew at that time, I wanted to make her a quilt, but couldn't find any flannel fabric that wasn't Christmasy. Finally, in November, I found some-but it took my until this weekend to complete this rag quilt for Lisa.
