Thank you so much for participating in the 2007 Sunflower Contest. God is truly amazing! He blessed this project with successes and challenges! I still cannot get over how our broken sunflower grew from the only two strands that were keeping it together. I'm sorry for those that did not have success this year. My family's sunflowers grew, but not as spectacular as the others mentioned here. I asked the successful families, "What did you do?" They did not do much except plant the seeds and water them. As you look at these photos, remember it is the hand of God that provides. If He can make these spectacular sunflowers grow, how much more will He shower upon your homeschool! "Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!" Luke 12:27-28 **************************************************************************************************************** Winner: Most Sunflower Blooms: 447 Blooms: Aubin Family Winner: Tallest Sunflower: 175 inches: Aubin Family Winner: Largest Sunflower Head: 15 inches: Presley Family
