Well hello, I am back.  I dont seem to get to blog a whole lot.  But Im here and that's what seems to count.  The school year is almost over, YAH!! both for me and my DD.  Things continue to get interesting as my DD gets older.  A week or so ago, we just had that "special talk"....snickers.....Yes, the talk of going from girlhood to womanhood.  The signs are there and we shall await.  I love her more and more each day.  Even when she is having an attitude.  Ive already purchased our curriculum for next year.  The only thing left to get is math and science.  Was trying to find a bargain on them.  But I will get them soon.  I cry ever time  I see her perform at church.  She is a part of the sign language team.  Boy, does she love that! Its such a beautiful thing.  She also started piano late last year and how she has excelled in that! She practices at times without her book.  Im amazed.  I am musically inclined as well, but even with learning the guitar, I have not been able to practice without looking at the music.  That girl is awesome.  It only goes to show that we serve an awesome God.  Yes, I was a single when I had her (and not following the Lord), but God worked it all out.  She is truly a blessing.  Are things easy? No, but we get through them and at the end of the day, we can raise our heads and hands towards Heaven to thank Him who gives us life!
