That makes me sick! I hope they don't promote them. To have an "army" within an army is counter productive, and will be divided. The military will fall. Hmmm.... I wonder if these thugs are being contracted by the terrorists?

This is the first I've heard of this. You would think the military or the soldiers would take care of it. You would also think that if these gang members joined the military, that they were looking to improve their lives, not keep being the same losers.
