This has been such a fun week, I kind of hate to see it end!! After our wonderful anniversary, we decided to

take the guys to a matinee of Ratatouille, instead of trying to make up for the romantic dinner that wasn't to be had (another story for another day ;) and instead of exchanging gifts. After making that decision, our eldest called to ask if we wanted to take him and his sweetie to see Ratatouille for her birthday gift...exquisite timing, wouldn't you say??? ;) So we did just that and ended up at Chili's for a fun b'day meal.

Today has been a day of utter relaxation.....but, the real world is pressing in and I needed to make this week's menu. Well, I knew this was going to happen, so I'd planned on Friday to end this weekend on a note of love. And what better way to end this weekend on a note of love, than by having an Unannounced Contest???

The last thing for today is the new weekly "meme"...although I'm not sure "meme" is really accurate...but, anyways.

I'm calling it Faith-Lift Fridays. The whole concept is to share a verse, quote, devotional thought, lyrics, or whatever you come up with that has encouraged you in your faith. I will put up the Mr. Linky on Thursday evenings to make it more convenient for everyone.
