Jul. 9, 2007 - ~* New Things are Happening at TTC...*~

.....TTC is trying out a new home and I need your input.  I'm trying to make this move for two main reasons:  because homeschoolblogger can't/won't work with javascript and I need that for Faith-Lift Fridays,  and partly because of people that aren't hsb members having to always remember to type out their URL's.

Jul. 1, 2007 - ~* Contest Winner and Faith-Lift Fridays~*

This has been such a fun week, I kind of hate to see it end!!  After our wonderful anniversary, we decided to

take the guys to a matinee of Ratatouille, instead of trying to make up for the romantic dinner that wasn't to be had (another story for another day ;) and instead of exchanging gifts.  After making that decision, our eldest called to ask if we wanted to take him and his sweetie to see Ratatouille for her birthday gift...exquisite timing, wouldn't you say??? ;)  So we did just that and ended up at Chili's for a fun b'day meal.

Today has been a day of utter relaxation.....but, the real world is pressing in and I needed to make this week's menu.   Well, I knew this was going to happen, so I'd planned on Friday to end this weekend on a note of love.  And what better way to end this weekend on a note of love, than by having an Unannounced Contest??? 

So....everyone who left a comment ( and for each comment they left) regarding What's on my Ipod Nano,  A Cute Give-away (and it's not too late to get into that drawing!), Twenty-seven Years Today,  Coming Up,  Our Anniversary in Pics and Words, received an entry into my unannounced contest for this:

I'm calling it Faith-Lift Fridays.  The whole concept is to share a verse, quote, devotional thought, lyrics, or whatever you come up with that has encouraged you in your faith.  I will put up the Mr. Linky on Thursday evenings to make it more convenient for everyone.

So, yesterday was a total blast!  And today is full-steam ahead.  So, I only have seconds to tell you that this weekend I will be:

    1) Announcing the winner of my "Unannounced Contest"

   2)  Sharing a new, exciting weekly meme...which will really be a meme that blesses the socks off
