Welcome to Tyra!!!

blah, blah, blah!!!!

hello to all and sorry for the long gap in posts! I was bad girl and got grounded...don't ask!

so not much has been on my mind lately. things have been happening but not much and too much to write on.

i've been working on my book a lot lately, trying to finish the first long period of editing the grammar mistakes and then i take on the grueling trial of adding. Only one of my friends has read my book and the main thing he tells me (yells at me...jk!!!) is MORE DETAIL!! i babble when I talk but apparently not in my writing! need to do it!

Weird things have been coming up since I got my purity ring for my birthday. I wear it always on my left ring finger, where the engagement ring goes, because that's where I think it should go. THought that is where it should go until I am married. Then I will take it off, store it in a safe place and pray that one day I have a daughter who I can give it to. But it does look like an engagement ring or a 'promise ring' to people and I have had four people from my youth ask me who asked. I was a little shocked and it's weird to explain when they have this look on their faces saying they don't believe me. arg!

I don't really have anything else to write about right now or, rather, anything I have the will to write! See ya'll later, give me comments or even some thought that you have had that you think would be interesting to get my thoughts on because I am too lazy to go to all ya'll's blogs and read! ARG!

I want to see your ring!! It's not unusual to have a purity ring around here. My youth group even sold some to the kids this February. I already had one though. I like mine better anyway. :D
Love ya!

I know a ton of people with purity rings.. I will - if I ever get one - wear it on my left hand too. I just think thats where it should be, and stay until I get married.

(this is Cyndle, btw. It wouldn't let me log on.. ??)

That is kinda funny! :)
Although, I must say, I have seen people wearing rings and thought to myself - "that's cool! I wonder who?..."

Anyway, MORE DETAILS!!!!!

I LOVE your avatar!!! It's awesome! And o so true. That trix bunny always got on my nerves anyway. And I thought he should be able to get a few bites of his own cereal too. It wasn't quite fair.

Ugh! I hate that promise ring thing! At 12-18, the only kind of special ring that a person should have is a purity ring! At that age, any boy (or girl) is more than liable to break the pre-mature promise anyway. *sigh*

When someone asks about your ring...who asked etc...just say "my future husband...whoever he may be"
And it is a promise ring...it is a promise to God...to yourself...and to that lucky guy who falls head over heels in love with you....that you will stay pure until this ring is replaced with a wedding ring.
And that guy that loves you beyond words...is going to be soooo blessed by having you in his life!!
So..enough from dear old madre...love you!!!

a purity ring is awesome. Does your have the words or a stone? both? Really great guys will know what kind of ring it is, some may even be keeping their eye out for a girl who has one.
Some say that the ring is taking a stand, saying that you love God want to keep His word and are proud of who you are. You go girl. Love ya Leena
