Why oh Why is there a never ending list of fun things my kids want to do..There is 28 hours worth of stuff in a 24 hour day. Since making the decision to homeschool we have gone from occasionally busy with sports / church to constantly busy with sports / church and everything else!! This is a typical week..

Monday - "Quiet "day of school followed by Mom's Night Out!! (Oh how I love Mom's Night Out) Baseball practice (we play 3 seasons a year, fall, spring and summer all-stars) Also, 2nd Monday of the month is the Smoothing the Way meeting

Tuesday - Morning mass at 8:am Little less "quiet" day of school followed by Forensics from 3-5 for the boys and baseball game or practice and boy scouts.

Wednesday - Morning Mass at 8am, 1 hour of Perpetual Adoration, Fun school day (we do brain teasers, maps, games and more) Spanish from 2:30 to 3:30, CCD at 6pm

Thursday - "not nearly as quiet" schoolday, baseball game or practice

Friday - YES the weekend cometh. Test day then fun games, computer lessons, typing, etc..Family game night / Movie night..occasionally I have Scrapbook Night, Bunco Night..

The weekends are even more hectic since Chris is home, we do all kinds of running around, cleaning, etc..Then wash, rinse, repeat. How anyone can think Stay at home mom's are ever at home is beyond me! Homeschooling has definatly changed our lives but Oh I am so glad it did!!
