Yep, Louis' vacation is officially over. Healed from his surgery and a true member of the Bertic family, it was time for the training to begin. We started with the harness training first. Much to his dismay, I first put it on him on Tuesday. He almost made the 2008 Beijing Olympics gymnastics team with the acrobatics he displayed in trying to get the harness off. It was so funny! He was quite the entertainment for us all for at least an hour. He finally gave up the fight and took a nap, but was at it again after being re-energized. He did manage to get the harness off once when we weren't paying attention to him. Quite proud of himself he was. And I obtained a few bites and scratches when I wrestled him back into it, but it's been on ever since. In fact, he hasn't seemed to care or notice since Tuesday night!
Next we're going to work on "sit". I'll keep you all posted!
