The bad parade :(

My dear readers, Yesterday me and my cousins went to a Christmas parade. It was boring and I mean BORING!!!! It had about three floats and there was about 300 motorcycles.   Some of the motorcycles had "Toys for Tots" strapped to the back of them, some of them played Christmas music, some of them threw candy (but not many), and some wore festive hats ( I liked the santa hats but the animal skin hats were gross!!!! ) So basically it was 10 minutes of stinky, loud motorcycles going by.  After that we went to a lot of holiday boutiques. Then we went on a carriage ride and to a bakery.  The cookies at the bakery were really really big, and they where really delicious. When we got home it was pretty late so I ate diner and went to bed, I was really beat. I was so tired that I fell asleep in the car on the way home . I know, I know, I know. It was my idea to go to this parade, and I take full responsibility. But in my defense, I was told there would be a lot more candy thrown. A few measly pieces just isn't worth all the noise, exhaust fumes, and the gross-out factor. Next time I will just go out and by a bag of candy, line you and your sisters on the curb, drive by in my car (a few times) and toss the candy to you my self. No noise, no crowds, and no animal pelts. ; ) On the other hand, maybe we'll just eat the candy on the way home from the store, with out all the fuss.
