Biography
Paul Kevin Jonas II was Born on November 5th, 1987 in Teaneck, New Jersey, Paul Kevin Jonas, II, was the first of what would be four sons by 2000 for Paul and Denise Jonas. Going by his middle name, Kevin Jonas, 20, is best known alongside his brothers, Joseph, 18, and Nick, 15, in their band, properly named, "Jonas Brothers." Though not part of the band, Frankie, 7, is the youngest son and no, he is not adopted. Kevin is part Irish, Italian, German and Cherokee Indian. As the oldest brother in the band and oldest son in the family, Kevin is the one that all of the other brothers look up to.
Kevin believes in love at first sight. He says that he is very old-fashioned when it comes to courting a girl and he follows the three-day rule, like his mom taught him (he always asks a girl out at least three days before so that she has time to clear her schedule). He has, on more than one occasion, been considered the most romantic out of himself and his brothers.
Maybe it's because, with an old girlfriend on their anniversary, he took an empty bottle and drew a map of the world with everywhere his girlfriend wanted to travel to and then he wrote her a love letter and put them both in the bottle (like a message in a bottle) and he gave it to her. Mr. Jonas got in trouble by Mrs. Jonas for not being that romantic. Or perhaps it's because he's flown across the country (from his family's hometown of Wyckoff, New Jersey to Los Angeles, California) in order to surprise his crush. Who, you may be asking? Rumor has it, the lucky girl was Zoe Myers, an actress from his band's "Year 3000" music video. Her own band "Stained Pink" opened for "Jonas Brothers" a few times in 2006. The two were linked for a few months but, it's been said that they have since broken up.
Kevin is the lead guitarist for the band (and does the background vocals, as well). It has been known that Kevin self-taught himself how to play the guitar at age twelve while home sick from school for a week - instead of watching the "Price is Right" continuously - and hasn't put the guitar down since.
He is a proud Christian and his father is a Minister, but even with his religious views aside, Kevin wears a purity ring on his left ring finger (as do Joseph and Nick). It symbolizes a respect that he has for himself. It means that he will not have sex until he gets married. It is a very honorable thing that he has decided to do this (and has decided to publicize it, as well).
Kevin has been involved in many wonderful charity efforts. He has traveled several times to Mexico and Indonesia to help build hospitals, schools and churches. He lived among, played, fed and sung to the orphans in those countries while he was there.
Joe Jonas
Biography
Joseph Adam Jonas [mostly known as Joe] was born August 15th, 1989 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Born as the second
oldest among his three brothers, Joe was the clown of the bunch. He'd love telling jokes and acting crazy/goofy. That's why
his original plan before singing was different from his brothers. He dreamed of becoming a comedian and wanted
to audition for sketch comedy shows. Although Joe still had a huge place in his heart for music, especially rock, so when
his younger brother Nick got them signed by Columbia Records, they became the Jonas Brothers. Now as the lead singer, he is 100% into the music
and loves performing at shows. He still has his comedy side and makes his fans laugh all the time. Joe is an inspiration
and will continue to be!
In his spare time he enjoys jogging
and working out. His favorite color is blue, and some of Joe's favorite foods
are Chicken cutlet sandwiches with mayo, and Chocolate marshmallow ice cream.
His favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber, and he enjoys the sport Wiffel Ball.

Nick Jonas
Biography
Nick was born in Dallas, Texas to Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. He was raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey and is of Irish, Italian, German, and Cherokee descent. He was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at the age of 13 and wears an OmniPod insulin pump to help him manage his diabetes.[1] The Jonas' are known for their wholesome, family-friendly image. The brothers are all committed Evangelical Christians, their father is a former pastor, and they were homeschooled by their mother. In addition, they all famously wear purity rings on their left-hand ring finger and have vowed not to have premarital sex. Joe has said that the rings symbolize "a promise to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure 'till marriage," and Nick had stated that "it's pretty awesome, and the rings are just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there." They started wearing the rings when their parents, Denise and Kevin Sr., asked them if they wanted to.

"Can't belive I got bit by this 'Love Bug' agian" Are you ready for another JB music video??~KatieLady~
Well, there has been a rumer that there is anouther Jonas Brothers music video, but no one nows what the song will be for the music video, and what it will be. Well I have done some research and I have found some pics of what the music video will look like, and what the song will be. So here are the pics. : )
Oh, and I found out when the video will come out, oh also the video will be fore Love Bug!!! Here is when the video is going to come out, at 8:55 on Sunday, October 19 You will also want to watch through the night on OCTOBER 19th to see MAKING OF THE VIDEO. And I bet that all of you are excited for it to come out this weekend!!!! I know that I am!!!!!!!! |

An intrewview about the Jonas Brothers!!! <3 "sigh" ~KL~
On the road (sort of) with Jonas Brothers 
The Jonas Brothers have sold millions of albums, scored big with the recent Disney Channel movie "Camp Rock," and are now, oh, about as famous as Miley Cyrus was two weeks ago. In fact, the boy band's Hanson-like stars, ages 15 to 20, may have just surpassed her as the objects of your child's affection.
Now the Jonas Brothers are on a nationwide tour to support their album "A Little Bit Longer," which arrives Tuesday. But tired of giving sound bites and posing for quick photo shoots, they say they wanted to find a different way to expose themselves to their adoring, disposable-income-spending fans. So yesterday, when they made a stop in Boston hours before a performance at the Comcast Center, they invited a few members of the media to tag along.
When I got the invite, I picked out an outfit and texted everyone I knew. Here's a roundup of everything that happened from the time Nick, Joe, and Kevin started their day to the moment they left the city.
11:45 a.m. "The boys," as they're called by everyone on the tour, walk into a Ritz-Carlton conference room single file and sit at a table in front of microphones. They're all in skinny jeans (Kevin's pair is white). They smell nice.
Kevin brushes his bangs back every few minutes. Joe is mostly quiet and has perfect eyebrows. Nick says he's psyched that Rolling Stone recently compared the Jonas Brothers to Cheap Trick. "That was really cool for us," he says. Kevin says that maybe one day, he'll attend Berklee College of Music. John Taylor, the band's music director, is a former Berklee student.
"We stole him away," Kevin says. "That seems to happen to most Berklee kids." "AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK IT'S THE JONAS BROTHERS!!!!!!!!!
WERE, WERE ARE THEY!!!!!!!!!!"
12:30 p.m. The Jonas Brothers want to play tourist on their tour. So when we leave the Ritz, a Boston Duck Tours boat is waiting. The driver asks if there are any Yankees fans on the bus. All three Jonas Brothers raise their hands. (For shame!)
Once we're in the water, the driver allows the youngest Jonas - Frankie (he's been called the Bonus Jonas), to drive. At 7, Frankie already has his own band, Hollywood Shakeup. But oddly, when the driver asks Frankie what he wants to be when he grows up, he says he wants to invent things for the military.
Back on land we soon pass Government Center, and the Jonas Brothers point and scream. Here, they explain, they once played a New Year's Eve show in the freezing cold. "I thought I was going to die," one of them says.
3:30 p.m. We go to the Comcast Center in Mansfield and are treated to food from the catering company that feeds the Jonas Brothers every single day. Turns out the Jonases like chili, hot dogs (or tofu dogs), potato salad, and Fanta.
4:30 p.m. We're allowed to board the Verizon Mobile Recording Studio, where the band lays down tracks on the road. This bus, equipped with laptops, an electronic drum kit, and snacks, has been used by Timbaland, Linkin Park, and Madonna.
Erik Niewiarowski, the bus video engineer, says that of all of the Jonas Brothers, Nick spends the most time recording: "Nick's a workaholic." Traveling with the boys, Niewiarowski says, is "like the Beatles plus 20 because everyone has a cellphone."
5:30 p.m. The brothers have chosen the Boston stop on their tour to shoot a Burger King commercial. While they're being filmed backstage walking back and forth with a man dressed as the Burger King, Carolyn Weyforth, who planned this press outing, explains that before working for the Jonas Brothers, she coordinated press for Mitt Romney. The gigs are similar, she says.
7 p.m. It's time for a quick meet-and-greet with a few hundred fans who will have two seconds to get a picture with the boys. Despite the long day, the Jonases look fresh and clean. Kevin says "thank you" to every single girl. Then they're off to perform.
After the encore, they'll be on their way to New York for an appearance on "Good Morning America" and shows at Madison Square Garden. So they'll do what their crew calls a "quick out." That means they'll be off the stage and on the road before the still-screaming fans even know they're gone. |
