Our first lapbook!!!!!!!
We finally finish our first lapbook, Election in USA. We're very proud of our boy, he did a great job! We found a lot of information we decided to add more little by little.
The pictures and booklets we got them at www.homeschoolshare.com and some information at wikipedia. I enjoy!!!!

I think the best part of this lapbook was the actual experince, on election day my son went with me to vote. He experience the process, show the registration card, Id, sign and then vote. He had the oportunity to go with me and see the acuatual computer use for this important process. He also ask questions and everybody was eager to answer. The only problem our son have now is that he need to wait until 2020 to vote lol.

Do you test your kids, (annual Achievement Test)?
We were homeschooling the traditional way using ABeka, is very good but the kids have a very particular way to learn. So, this year (2nd) as homeschool family we decide to try Elcectic and so far is great. Our 4th grader was tested one year ago with the Stanford Achievement Tests, Does anybody else test their kids, and if you do what do you use?
Thank you for sharing,
MamáYely;-)
