Dh went to the place that he really wanted to get hired at today. They filled the position. 
BUT the HR lady took him back to the back and asked him a bunch of questions...about what he did, if he was certified for HVAC and all that. He said "yes" and answered everything. She said that there was an approval Fri. to hire a maintenance person ~ newly created job, they have never had someone doing it before! She said it would be a week or two at most, they have not advertised for it and wanted to know if he was interested! He said "YES" and she said she would be in contact with him. SOOO, what does that mean?
He has another interview tomorrow. He wants to take it if offered to him...just in case. I DON'T KNOW!
