Thank the Lord I homeschool.
Well I just saw the news this morning. (which is the only time I watch the news) Seems like there is yet another school shooting in Cleveland, OH. This school even had metal detectors. Which I might add they rarely ever used. AND it was a school supposedly for gifted students. I find all of this very interesting. I am so glad I don't put my kids up for that kind of SOCIALIZATION. Wow. I am glad I know where all of the guns in my school are. In fact there was a gun in my school just Tuesday. When David took Tristan squirral hunting. lol I can not imagine how frightening to not know where your children are when something like that is going on. I am so glad my children are close to me. I feel so sad for the children and parents who had to experiance that. I will be praying for them for sure. It is just things like this that cement my decision to homeschool. If I was a parent of a child at that school there would be no way I would ever put my child back in a public school again. Things like this make me really fear what this country is coming too.
