Trying again.
I can not tell you what a struggle it is for me to lose weight. I have been trying so hard and it seems the harder I try the worse I do. But I am pressing the restart button yet again and I hope that this time I will have some success. I just feel so out of control with my eating. My knees are grinding when I go up the stairs. I am tired all the time. I am borderline diabetic and insuline deficiant. I think alot of my health issue would be relieved if I lost some weight. So here I go yet again. Wish me luck. I will need it.
