Biggest Loser you bet.

Woohoo I am so excited. This morning was my weigh in for my first official week on my diet. I started New Years day. I lost 5.5 lbs. Is that not awesome. I know I can't expect to lose this much every week but it is an awesome way to start. I am so excited and motivated to keep going. My goal is to lose 80lbs in 08. That is my big goal, but I would just like to lose every week and not go backward and I would be happy. I will keep you updated. Good luck to Charity being the biggest loser too.

Hey that's my goal too!! I started a diet blog last year and it went well for awhile but then folks stopped commenting and I got discouraged. It's still running but I have not worked on it in a long time.

I dropped 9 lbs last week. Now my body will shift into steady, slow weight loss... about 3 ot 5 lbs a week. My goal is 50 Lbs, but my smaller goals are 10 lbs. I should meet my first goal tomorrow or Friday. I have been exercising with Gilad! HA!! My breakfast secret? 1 pack of instant cream of wheat, a spoon full of blueberries, and a spoon of Splenda. (Trying to wean myself off sweeteners.) Plus 2 slices of turkey bacon on the side. Easy to make, good to eat. Jason is losing, too!

Jenny,

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I know with everyone around me trying to lose weight they had to wonder why I wasn't getting in on the action. The truth is, I didn't see in point in trying. I had pretty much given up. I know that sounds unreasonable, but I have so much to lose that it just doesn't seem possible.

So 10% will probably be my first goal also. Now I just need to find somewhere to weigh for free so I can see how much 10% is!
