Let The Editing Begin!

Hi All Mentors, I now have chapter one and most of chapter two typed up on the Google Doc. This means you can start working on it. I have decided that we don't have to only edit one chapter at a time so you can edit as much as you want. I will go into it periodically to add more and change things according to your input. So feel free to dive right in and be sure to have fun! P.S. Just a heads up, when I finish typing in what I had in hard copy I will copy over what the original corruption didn't harm (the last half of my book) there will be a gap between the end of one section and the beginning of another. But don't worry. I will be working on filling that gap. In this light any ideas on what should go there will be greatly appreciated! You can email them to me or put them in yourself. But make sure that it (as well as EVERYTHING else that you do) is in your editing color. And speaking of that I am still missing at least one editing color. If you think that is you then PLEASE get that to me via email or comment! THANK YOU ALL! |

Well I now have a great new way for you all (my mentors) to critique and edit my story. I have entered it into a Google Doc. This way you can see it, know who else is viewing it (you can chat with these people), and you can edit it. Please edit in a color other then black so that I can determine where you edited. You can contact me through a comment to tell me what color you chose to use. That way you can see what colors other mentors have chosen so you know what not to choose. After someone picks a color I will enter it in the doc as a "code". Then as soon as I have a chapter ( we will start with chap 1 and go from there) that is approved by me and all of my mentors I will place it up on the blog! Well I think that about covers that. (Any questions, put them in a comment and I will try to answer them ASAP.) I was going to put a link on here but it won't let me so I will need all of my mentor's emails to invite them. (It will work best if you have a Gmail account!) Please email me with your "Gmail" email if I don't already have it. Thank You I I hope this works! |
