So there is a tag I stole!
The choir went really well yesterday! I was happy, and ended up not really being nervous for it for some reason. 0.o Maybe I'm finally getting used to singing for people? Anyways, I enjoyed it. The play also went well. I blanked out for a second in the middle of one of my lines once but other than that I did fine. Then a couple other people blanked too. All in all though it went really really well for only having eight weeks to practice for it! We had ten or eleven practices in all. Mom was a super good director. -hugs mom- Only our grandpa on dad's side was able to come but after the play and choir we all went to Pizza Hut, grandpa, and all the other families that were in the play and one that was in the choir. That was a LOT of fun. I was able to see one of my friends that I don't get to see very often too! =D
We're having company for dinner tonight, someone from church, so we were picking up a lot today. Besides picking up I was working on my National Novel Writing Month novel. I've written four thousand some words, but I should be more at five thousand at the moment. =P Got behind the first day and am having trouble making up for it. For those that don't know, the goal is fifty thousand words. Yeah. So I have that to do, school (which isn't too demanding at the moment thankfully), a book I'm co-writing with a friend, and voice lessons (and so voice practicing throughout the week). Since the play and choir is over it should be easier for me to keep up now. =)
