Dec. 22, 2006 - The Silversmith

Lesson 12 of Writing Tales

Ned, who was a poor silversmith, was about to make his last ring, but he fell asleep. Ned woke up and saw the ring made. He was surprised. The ring was bought for more than what it was worth. The silversmith bought more material to make two more rings.

Ned woke up the next day and found the rings made again. Those rings were bought for more than what they were worth. This went on for some time.

One Christmas, Ned wanted to see who made the rings. He hid behind the curtains and saw that it was elves doing his work. Ned went to make some rings for the elves. The elves took the rings again. Ned was always successful.
