Here is my meal plan for the upcoming days/week!
Friday:
No meals planned.. This day is my birthday so I'm expecting my hubby to plan these!
Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes and spinach smoothie
Lunch & Dinner: My birthday party is today so no lunch or dinner planned
Sunday: *BAKE BREAD*
Breakfast: Banana bread and yogurt
Lunch: Sandwiches
Dinner: Pierogies and veggies
Monday:
Breakfast: Eggs and whole wheat english muffins
Lunch: Annie's Mac n Cheese
Dinner: Crockpot chilli
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cereal and organic oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken and cous cous
Dinner: Taco Salad made w/leftover chilli
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Whole wheat french toast with fruit
Lunch: English muffin turkey pizza's
Dinner: Spaghetti
Thursday:
Breakfast: Whole wheat bagels with organic peanut butter & homemade jam and Spinach smoothies
Lunch: Homemade chicken soup
Dinner: Corn bread bake topped with leftover chilli |
