• Oct. 4, 2008 - Update on Olivia
Olivia is doing pretty good today. She is smiling and talking to everyone in baby talk. She is trying to move around a little more too. She is acting like herself today. Which is good. But they are going to keep her until Monday because they want to keep a close eye since she had a seizure. They aren't blaming the daycare provider. What they think happened was that she hit her head hard. The daycare provider said that she was crying pretty hard so she gave her a bottle and put her in the crib for her nap. (it was that time anyway) When she went to check on Livi, she wasn't breathing so everything went into motion. I got to hear her this afternoon and cried tears of happiness.
Please continue to keep Melissa, Mark, and Olivia in your prayers because she's not out of the woods yet. She needs to be monitored as her brain bleeds heal. She has an obvious bruise on her head today.
Praise God that she is doing better. Thanks for all the prayers so far. Don't give up!!!

About Me
We are a homeschool family of five. We live in Northern Maine. About 5 minutes from the Canadian border. We live in the country so we see a lot of wildlife. We homeschool our three children who are 10, 8, and 6. We have a Pomapoo named Bella and a Torti cat named Piper.
