Maggie's Birthday and The Farewell...
 Maggie laughed with her three best friends,but when they left their daily lunch meeting,she cried and sighed.In two days,she was leaving with her parents to a new house.She didn't tell her friends,yet.She couldn't believe she was leaving so suddenly!Why did it have to happen to her?Never once did this come up,but it did.Her Mother came in and hugged Maggie."Why the long face,Butter Cup?"Maggie buried her face into her Mother's arm."Oh,Mother!Why do we have to leave?!Everyone needs me here!"Mother nodded."Well,Honey.We need to be strong,don't worry.I'll talk to your Father when he's done with being improved."Maggie tilted her head."Improved?" Mother nodded again."Yes.The Creater is checking all of us before he leaves for the summer for the other Creaters.You're next after your Father.So be prepared,dear."Maggie nodded.Her Father came in and kissed her on the head."What is the matter?"He asked.Maggie shook her head."Nothing.I'll be back in awhile."She closed the door and stood still for The Creater.He improved her.He made her red bow a hot pink,her blue shoes a leaf green and her eyes a crystal blue.He,then,made her a friend.Ashley Pickle.A beautiful young girl who would become her sister!Maggie glanced at her sister and smiled."Hello."Ashley tried to say.Maggie tilted her head."What is this strange girl trying to say?"She thought.But,there was no time for that!She was almost done with her improvement and then,she would do some talking.Afterwards,Maggie and her new sister came inside her house and sat at the Dinner table.Mother and Father walked from the kitchen."Goodness!Who is this,Maggie?"Maggie looked at her with a strange face and answered."...This is my new sister."Mother gasped.Father's eyes were popped out."Your what?!"He yelled.Suddenly,Ashley popped HER eyes out and looked around the room."Maggie,Father,Mother,I'm home!"She hugged each and ran to Maggie's room."Maggie!!!!!"She called.Maggie ran inside."What is it?"She said."Where is my bed?"Ashley asked.Maggie hugged her."We can share!We're sisters,after all!"Ashley giggled."OK!Let's go see your friends!"
They left to see her friends,but when they got there,she screamed and caused chaos."What is that...thing?!"Clacky complained."If she is one of YOUR friends,Clacky...!!!"Marvin called.Meme was upset,also"Maggie,who is this?!"Maggie looked down,embarrassed."She's my new little sister."They looked at her."What?!?"She rose her head.Her eyes were looking sad.Then,she cried.After she had ran away,Ashley stopped and looked at her."Maggie?"Maggie had disappeared."Maggie,come back here!"She chaised after her.
Maggie sat at a rock and looked down at the ground."Maggie?"Ashley asked from behind.She walked to her and sat."What's wrong?"Maggie looked at her."Am I in trouble?"Ashley asked."No.You're not.I'm just a little stunned by having a little sister,that's all.I'm sorry if you thought that you were in trouble.I'm just..."Ashley smiled."You're just not used to having me around?"Maggie nodded."Well,I'll try to be better,OK?"They both agreed.Maggie and Ashley ran off to Chester's house."Hey,Mr.Chester!How are you doing today?"Ashley asked,sweetly.Chester came out the door and squinted."Maggie,is that you,old girl?"Ashley giggled."No!I'm her little sister,Ashley!"Chester got out his glasses."Ohhh,huhoo!Well,hello,Ashley!I'm Chester!The bridge keeper!"Ashley and Chester shook hands."Well,listen.Maggie's friends and I are giving her a surprised birthday party and a farewell party.So,don't mention this to her,OK?"She nodded."Mention what?"Maggie asked."Never you mind!"Chester grumbled.He walked to his house and huffed."Maggie,let's go to some place!"
She and Maggie went to the place where her party was being held.She closed Maggie's eyes and everyone cheered."Surprise!"
Ashley walked to the crowd."Happy Birthday,Maggie!"
After the party,Maggie and her family packed up and said farewell to her friends."We will be back,Maggie.The Creater is just going on a business trip.We should be back in a couple of months."They were put in the suit case.Everyone waved good bye to their friend.She got out with her new little sister and they waved together.
