Thanks for all the resource tips and reviews. I ordered a reader recommended on one of the resource sites you listed last week and I think I'm going to check out the Baptism book for children as well.

Our pastor won't baptize children under 10 but we want to start moving in that direction and giving them a good understanding of its meaning and importance.

You're welcome. I'm glad you've gotten some use from those sites. The one titled "God Should I Be Baptized?" (this may be the one you are in reference to), is a wonderful book! I highly recommend this for any child (or even adult) with questions about baptism. My ten year old daughter has been studying it, and it has helped her.
