I have a couple of minutes before I head out the door and back to church this evening, but I wanted to share with you the wonderful Mother's Day I have had.

I woke up to homemade cards and a present.  Then I went to church for a Mother's Day breakfast.  Yummy!  Then we had church service.  There were 2 people there that made it really special.  There was an elderly man who has not been able to come to church in years because of physical problems.  It must have been exhausting for him, but he made it there... oxygen tank and all.  He is a very sweet person.  Also, the husband of one of our members was there.  He hasn't been to that church since I started attending... that has been 9 years.  I don't know how long it had been before that.  And to top it all off, one young man (20's?) got saved!  The message the pastor preached this morning was straight from the Lord.

Then when I came home hubby made lunch.  I got to take a long lovely nap, and now we are getting ready to head back to church.  It just doesn't get any better than that... unless a few more get saved tonight...
