Okay guys, Pizza Roll Ups are the most amazing thing you can possibly make with pizza toppings that isn't pizza. My mom used to make them all the time, but after she had a couple more kids she didn't have time. So yesterday I decided to make them, because after a long summer without baking, I felt like I needed to catch up. So I thought I'd give you guys the recipe. Dough: 2 1/2cups of flour 1 tbs of quick rise yeast 1/2 tsp of salt 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of vegitable oil set aside 1 cup of the flour and then mix the rest with the yeast and salt, set aside. In the microwave, heat the water and oil just until hot to the touch (about 1 minute). Pour the hot oil and water in to the dry ingredients and stir. Once that is all mixed, add add just enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and kneed for 5 minutes or until smooth. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 20 minutes. Sauce: 1 small can of tomato paste 2 tbs of water 1/2 tsp of basil 1/4 tsp of garlic powder 1/2 tsp of sugar mix all of the sauce ingredients together until smooth, you may need to add a little more water. cut the dough into 2 even balls, and roll one out into a foot long rectangle. Spread half of the sauce over and a ton of mozzarella cheese. be sure to leave 2 inches at the top of the dough. Roll up the dough and cut it into 12 even slices. Do the same with the second dough. place in a pan with corn meal at the botton, and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Hey you guys.I haven't blogged in a while, and for that I am very sorry. So today is Halloween, and really, that means nothing to me. My family does nothing for Halloween, we don't even hand out candy! But what we usually do is buy candy the day after, because it's really cheep then. My favortire part of any of these kinds of holidays is the pilsbery sugar cookies. Well maybe not my favorite, but one of them anyways. Hey everyone! Sorry that i haven't been blogging very much, but like I said in my last entry, I can't go on very much. So What has been happening?......... I don't know if I told you guys this yet, but I won for best costume at the 80's corn maze I went to on Tuesday. My prize was a free movie pass, and I think Im gonna use it to go see FAME! For some reason this week I just got back into Crocheting, and Im making an Afghan. But I need to buy more yarn! Im really excited for tomarow, because Mady might be coming over, and then we might be going over to Vallue Village and buying some supper cool old stuff. And then after, head over to the college City Wide ( A big group of youth groups from all over the city) . So that should be fun. My mom is working tomarow so she doesn't really mind what Im doing tomarow! But even if Mady and I don't hang out... Im still going to City wide. So you may have noticed that I haven't been blogging half as much as I used to! The reason for that is because my mom changed the password for the computer, and I only get to use my sister's computer on weekends. So I can only go on every once in a while. So this week I read the boo An Echoe in the Darkness, which is the second book in the Mark of the Lion series. I have to say that I liked the second way better than the first, partly just because Atretes wasn't in it. But when I finished the book I moved on to the third, and discovered that the whole book was about him! So there is a small chance of me getting through the entire book. But the first and second books are amazing! So everyone should read them! I've decided that I don't like fall! It's wet and cold and.....Ick! I don't like it. Also you have to wear sweaters where ever you go! And that bugs me, don't ask why, it would take way too long to explain! Oh, and I should mention that the band that I was in this week went really well! Thank you everyone who prayed for me, I felt really relaxed and I had a lot of fun! Im going to be singing in the youth band again next month, so Im pretty excited for that! I've been trying to convince Mady (madeline) to join that band too, but she won't! But maybe she will later! I've been feeling a little bit discouraged from blogging, lately. Mostly becuase I feel like no one reads it, and then what's the point of writting on a blog, if no one reads it.
But anyways, Im kind of nervous for tonight. The resaon for that is, because Im going to a band practice tonight... And Im singing! I've done this before, but Im still nervous!

Hey guys! I've been surprised lately with how quickly November is creeping up on us! It seams that as I get older, that time goes by faster, holidays aren't as good, and things get more expensive! Tomarrow is Thanksgiving, and it still doesn't even feel like fall! Life is just weird like that, I guess. That might have something to do with the fact that we weren't asked to bring anything for the dinner. Theres no rushing around with shopping for hams or vegitables, so it all feels incomplete. But I hope all of this isn't giving you the idea that I don't like Thanksgiving. 'Cause that is far from the truth! I love Thanksgiving, I love that we eat the same food on Christmas that we eat on Thanksgiving, I love Turkey and Ham, Stuffing(or Dressing if you prefer), cranberry sauce, and roasted veggies! It's just such cozy food. And then dessert! Oh, don't even get me started! My Grandma make THE BEST pie in the world. I know most of you will beg to differ. But honestly, I don't care. all I care about is me and that pie tomarrow! No not really... I think your Grandma is great! And Im sure her pies are great! So please, if you could, send me a little PM telling me how you TG went. and what you did and what you ate. Oh, and I guess in America your TG isn't until November. Oh gosh. Im on my sister's computer again, and I forgot that you can't change the faunt on here. The reason that Im on this computer is that my mom put a password on the other computer so I can't use it! But anyways... So I posted pictures of my button rings up on facebook a couple weeks ago and I've gotten a lot of feed back about them! Im so sick of looking at them, that I don't really thik they're as awesome as they really are. So anyways, a few people wanted to buy them, which I am so excited about. And then I see all these people wearing something that I made. Haha, it's just like when I was all into making those crazy cool scarves. A whole bunch of people wanted them! But I guess rings are a bit more universal, cause most people don't wear scarves on a regular basis. I have to make corn bread in a bit. My mom's got some Chili bubbling away in the crock pot, mmm... For some people, Hockey season returning is the best thing ever, for me it's one of the worst. This is because my parents love it, and the rest of us... Not so much. It's especially annoying when the games run really long, and late. And Im trying to sleep, but it's really hard when there are two hockey fans in the other room screaming " Yeah! Yeah! Go! Go! Awww, I could have done better than that!
Anyways.... If you didn't understand before, I really don't enjoy hockey season! But it's kind of fun during the PlayOffs when our team wins, theres this one street in town where a whole bunch of people go driving and honk their horns,and blow whistles! And it's just a ton of fun. I really only enjoy the Play Offs!

I've noticed now a days that a lot of people are coming to our house and trying to sell us chocolate or cookies. They're all trying to save up for some schooltrip, which is great. But anytime they come to our house, my Dad always, always buys whatever they're selling. I haven't decided weather or not I like this yet, I'll let you know, when I know!

Im really glad I've gotten back into this whole blogging thing! I kinda stopped because no one was commenting and I just felt kind of discouraged. But I guess because I stopped for a while, people are starting to read more, maybe! I don't know, Im just babbling.
So I've been really sort of bummed,because we finished the 4th season of LOST. And not as many people have the 5th season, because it's newer. So I've been having some LOST with drawl! Haha!
I decided to comtinue babysitting for the womens program at church. And with getting back into that whole thing has made me realize that I really love working with kids. I also found that Im really good at working with crying kids! I can get a kid to stop crying really quickly. But then other times, I have a kid that really doesn't like me, and when they see my, they start crying. This is extreamly insulting! Im having a hard time titling my enrties, because a lot of time I don't really have one big thing to talk about, I just like to ramble, and then I end up (hopefully) saying something interesting!
I really hope people like reading my blog. I know I love reading people's blogs, but I just wonder sometimes if people like what I write. I feel like I am a better writter than I am a talker. So if you think Im a sucky writter, than that's just how bad of a talker I am. But that's only when Im with people I don't know very well. Sometimes with people I don't know, it's really hard to get my point acroos. 'Cause I know Im smart, or at least not dumb, and sometime I think people might think Im not smart because Im not good at getting what I want to say strate throught to them.

Im getting pretty excited about the Olympics! Honestly, I enjoy watching the summer games better than winter, but Im still pretty excited. Mostlymjust becuase all those people from all around the world are gonna be watching the games that are in my home town. Also, all the people coming is making the town clean up. Not that it was ever really gross. But now it's so clean and beautiful! Especially in the spring! Because there are hanging baskets of flowers all over the place! And water falls! I've always loved that city, but with it being all cleaned up, I love it even more.

The title of this entry, has nothing to do with me, really. It's just that I've been really uninspired with my blogging. Which is the reason I haven't been doing very much of it lately. Im sorry if you're expecting something amazing, and spectacular from me today. 'Cause honestly, you're not gonna get it.
Okay, so... Today I went to church, just like pretty much all of the other Sundays of my entire life. It wasc a pretty normal church service, nothing to write home about! Then there was Sunday School. Which was pretty exciting, 'because we have a new teacher, and I don't know exactly how I feel about her yet! But for the most part, her lesson was pretty good. It was about how as a church we are like a team. And we were talking about all of the was that we are like a team.
Then when I got home I got a call from my friend Mady (madeline), and she invited me to go see the move "Love Happens", hense the title! It was okay. I didn't really like it very much. I loved Jennifer Aniston, but the main guy... I forget his name. He, for some reason, really bugged me. And when something bad happened to him, and everyone in the theater was crying, I really didn't care. I think if they had gotten a different actor, someone more lovable, and charming, it would have changed the entire movie for me!
I don't think I would see it again, but if you really like whoever the guy who's in it, then you would probably like it. But the story was really good, and everything else was also good. I just didn't like the guy!
Oh, oh! Yesterday I was looking through all of my clothes, trying to find something to wear to church. Then I came across my old green summer dress! It had gotten way to small, in the way that it was too short. To I just cut off the skirt part, and turned it into an all new skirt! I love it. I can either wear it as a high waisted thing-a-ma-bob, or a plain old skirt! I love it. I love finding old clothes that I can either wear again, or snip and sew it, and make something all new!

Okay I know I called this an update, but Im not really gonna be doing much of that! I guess that with school coming back into my life, it all just feels really dull! I don't really know why!
My mom finally gave the Wii back to my little brother, and he's been playing none stop! She took it away because he was really acting up, and he would get really grumpy after he had been playing too long. So now it's back and I don' think anything has changed. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
I don;t know why, but Im alway surprised with how fast people can buy really expensive things. Like a couple years ago we bought a new TV. And so we went to this place, and just bought one! It just seamsa little too easy to me! But that's only because when I buy expensive things... They don't really work out that well. Like my camer, for example. It's not a bad camera, but then I get really frusterated with it, because you can't change what it's focusing on, and then what you want to be clear is blurry, and then the back round is clear. And... Wow that was a really long run-on-sentence! I should probably change it , but Im too lazy! Haha.
I have other things to say... But I need to go eat something, Im starving!

Hey guys!

I got back home at around 2:45 pm yesterday. I had an amazing time at the retreat! It was a super long drive, but it was worth it.
We played some really fun games, like Life Sized Rock, Paper, Scissors, and Capture the Flag, but it was more like Capture the Balls. We also played this game called Pull-Apart. What you do is, all of the guys link up as well as they can, and hold on really tight. Then the girls go and try and pull them all apart. Then the girls do it. And then the team who pulls the other team apart the fastest wins. But whenever we play it someone always ends up hurt. And I was so sure that I had broken this kids finger, because it sort of snapped when I was trying to pry his hands off of this other guys. That sounds really weird.
Haha, and one time, on Saturaday, I went kayaking with my friend Hannah, and the wind was blowing really hard and it turned us completely around, and headed us straight back to the dock. And a group of guys for an "under water tree". But it was probably just some plants.
Most of the time we just played Dutch Blitze, which, in my opinoin, is the best card game ever.
Oh, oh, and I also Tie Dyed a T-shirt. It looks pretty cool, but when I was making it Hannah "accidentally" sprayed me with the dye. Haha, any ways, I wasn't really mad.

I really did try you guys! But I just couldn't last another day without writing something! I love it!
So any ways, I was just sort of looking around on the internet and found this super cool website http://lunchinabox.net/. It's a blog all about things that you can put into those Japanese lunch boxes. And everything looks so cute and like you wouldn't even want to eat it cause it's so darn cute! Any ways I hope the link works cause I just sort of copied and pasted, so hopefully it works!
So I don't know if I've said this before, but my family just started watching the show LOST! I don't know why we've never watch it before, but we slept over at our cousins house and they lent it to us. And they got us hooked! We are currently on season 3, and have strangely, only watched 2 episodes so far. Usually we watch 4-5 episodes in one sitting. You could say we're fans or the show! Right now my favorite characters are Charlie and Hurly. I like Jack, but I know he's gonna turn evil because I've seen trailers for the current season. So Im just keeping my gaurd up with that one. Oh and gosh, how can I forget Clair, oh man do I love Clair. And I love Kate, not just because her parents go to my church, but just because I think that Evangeline Lilly is a really good actress.
Im sorry if you don't watch LOST, and the last paragraph didn't make sence. But that's why you need to watch the show. You probably have a friend who at least has the first season. So ask if you can borrow it some time, chances are that you'll absolutly LOVE IT!

Hey everyone!

So today I woke up and had a really bad soar throat and a stuffy nose! Man do I hate colds! But I also don't have to do very much school work today. This is because my younger siblings are behind on their TOG work and I'm not. So this week I don't have to do any TOG work!
And that's great, because doing school when your sick is so awful! So yeah!
It's sort of weird, my latest blogs haven't really been about anything! I usually would write about something that's happening, but for some reason now I don't. Maybe it's just cause I've been in a weird mood lately.
Oh I actually do have something to say. My mom came home on Saturday evening! Yay!
But...When they did the surgery there was no stone. So what must have happened was that on Tuesday, when she was in all that pain, the stone was moving through the kidneys. So now she's in pain because they were digging around in her kidneys, just to find that nothing was in there! Very frustrating, and painful!
Im super duper excited for this weekend, because Im going on a youth retreat! I love youth retreats, I wish we could do them once a month, but then everyone would be broke. 'Cause for some weird reason, retreats are really, really pricey! Im reallt excited for this year of youth. Partly because Im in 8th grade and will be moving up to the high school youth next year. Also because I just love my youth group and the people who are in it!
My sister is gonna be sponsoring this year, but she's isn't going to be doing my grade.
