A little of this . . .

and a little of that.

Baby birds

One day we were cleaning out our clubhouse and Mom told me to get all of the string off the flower pot. Then, Taylor noticed that there were five eggs in a nest and that was why the string was there.

So Mom told me to cut the extra string off and not to touch the nest.

About 1-2 weeks later one egg was hatched. About 1 more week later, all the eggs were hatched.

Then about 1 week later the nest and the birds were gone. We don't know if an animal got them or if the wind blew them.

We had the same thing happen to us. It was at a corner of our house (outside of course). The birds hatched but then the nest blew away or something. But I have looked again and they have rebuilt it.
