Thursday, November 19, 2009 - I Was In The Mood For...
Hey Ya'll!!! I was totaly in the mood for a nice big glass of something sweet 'n sour, refreshing and COLD. So, I came up with this awesome idea to make a sorbet :) This is my very own recipe and I made it up my self :)
Yields 3/4 of a tall glass (or, one serving)
1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries (or about 10 large strawberries)
2 shot glasses of water (Or, 4 tablespoons)
Sugar
Blender :)
Slice strawberries and place into blender. Pour water into the blender and pulse the blender. After strawberries are somewhat blended up, sweeten to taste. (I don't have a specific amount) It is better to use less sugar because the sourness plus the sweetness is what the point of it is :) After it's completely blended, pur into large glass and eat with a spoon :) The mixture will turn a little bit jelly-ish after it sits for awhile, but it shouldn't get to that point if you eat it fast enough and don't blend too hard :) If you don't have a pulse blend it on MEDIUM.

OK, We're needing lots of prayer here. The other day, my sister went over to her friends house and unknowingly was exposed to the flu!!!!!! I'm so scared we're all gonna get it!!! But if we don't by Friday I think, we'll be fine :)
Do you like my new template? I got it from "HSBArtists" (Link on bottom bar) and edited it to make it more "me". But it's not mine :) It originaly was red and black, but I don't really like red and black together, (It looked kinda boyish) so I changed the colors and stuff and added a background. (There wasn't one before). So if you want a neat template like this one go to the HSBArtists!!!!
So....what have you all benn...okay...that was weird...nevermind.

Whew! That was long!
Today I went roller blading! I had a good time! And I won the race!!!!! :D But my calf and ankle were really bothering me because I'm out of shape. Something has been going on lately with that leg anyway :( I really think my one leg is growing while the other is not. It is really, really weird :S

It's almost my riding lessons. I'm getting really excited!! I'll get to sit on Chaco bareback. I MIGHT be able to walk on him but Julie said prolly not. YAY!!! I am glad I'll be able to even sit on him bareback!! Andrea will probably get to ride Tuffy, but in the saddle, lol duh!
I know this is short, but I am needing to go get ready, now! You'd prolly have me post a million short entries than one big long one once a year, right?

Outside my Window…Well, it's dark windy and cold, and spitting rain
I am thinking…How much I want to see my buddy and how much I miss being with him (Not a boyfriend, my horse, Chaco lol)
I am thankful for…Kim, (For her caring heart) Andrea, (For her silliness) Ellyn,(For always trying to work on it) (You know what I mean) Mom, (For just being Mom) Dad, (For his ability to not get mad easily) Angela, (For the lovng spirit she has) Felicity, (Because she is always there) Willow, (For just being Willow) Auntie-M, (For being Auntie-M) Uncle Bob, (For being Uncle Bob) Kaileigh,(For being sweet little Kaileigh) Aunt Bonnie (For being herself)
From the kitchen…Nothing atm (at the moment)
I am wearing...jeans, a black gathered-at-the-neck shirt, an orange cat bracelet that Willow sent me socks, and earrings
My hair is...down and curly-like
I am reading…Violet's Hidden Doubts, Elsie's Tender Mercies, The Sinking of the Titanic and Other Sea Disasters, and I just finished Millie's Fiery trial.
I am hoping…I can go to Kim's house for a day, that we go to the zoo, that we actually get a deer this season(!!!!), and that Mom and Dad get lots of Pheasant and come home safely.
I am creating...=S Nothing
I am hearing…Auntie-M and Ellyn and Uncle B0B talking, my keyborad, Aunt Bonnie talking, Kaileigh yelling "APPLE! APPLE APLLLLLLLLLLLLE!"
Around the house…I am on the computer, Ellyn is sitting at the counter, Uncle B0B is doing word puzzles, Andrea just flushed the toilet =S Aunt Bonnie is sayign something about a recipe, Auntie-M is running the dishwater, and I dunno what Kaileigh is doing.
One of my favorite things…talking to Kim, developing a realationship with Chaco.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...Riding Lessons on Monday, someday during the week goin to Kim's house, Going to the zoo someday.

(OK, I have a webkins, but ti expired last week, so I'm doing this anyways) (Hopefully I get a new one soon!!! :)
How many webkinz do you have? Like 16
Do you have any rare items? If so, how many? Hmmmm....I don't think so
Do you have any exclusive items? I have the exclusive rare butterfly bed. I got it from a GREAT friend whom I know in real life! :)
How many Pet specific items do you have? I'm not sure...prolly a couple
How many times a week do you do Webkinz? Once or twice a week. (Before it expired)
Have you ever won a contest or the care award? Nope
How much kinzcash do you have? Like 6000 or soemthing I used to have like 30,000 but I used a bunch buying nice things for nice friends ;))
So daaaaaaaarlings....how are you today??? I am pretty tired. Mom and Dad are leaving prolly tomorrow to go Pheasant hunting.... :P

Yes, My darling dearies, it is veddy veddy cold here at mi house ;) The low today is thirty!!! AHH!!!! (And 11 degrees celsius) I am wearing my red button up coat that is veddy veddy vwarm :) OK, I will stop with the accent ;)
So what've ya'll been up to? I've been at riding lessons, school, school, school, and MORE school. But today we're off...thank goodness :))
Well I must be goin' now darlin' dearies :)

Sorry I haven't posted a real post for a while! My title is for my baby buddy horse, Chaco!! His nickname is Bubby :) I don't know why it is Chaco Bubby though :) Guess that's just what Debbie calls him! ;)
