Lessons Learned On the Farm

• Oct. 21, 2005 - Wanna learn about marketing?

For years I've had great ideas and dreams floating around in my head, but I just never could figure out the logistics of how to accomplish them.  I'd always get stuck at, "But how do you connect with the right people?".

Fortunately for me and 10 other Bloggers, The Old Schoolhouse offered a Public Relations Online Class this summer.  It was so wonderful to get some insights into the behind-the-scenes workings of successful businesses.  Mel & Gena did a great job of walking us through some geat online information (which we never knew existed), inspiring us to try new things and forcing us to put those new skills into action.  That class truly did motivate all of us and even opened doors as well.

Now TOS and Mel are back at it again.  This time they have created a free monthly e-Newsletter called The Homeschool Marketers e-Newsletter. It's going to be cram packed with marketing and public relation resources online and in print, methods that are working for successful companies and opportunities for winning free advertising!  (You can't go wrong with that, can you?!)

Whether you are *thinking* of a new business, an experienced entrepeneur or an established company, you are going to benefit from the marketing information shared in this newsletter.  It is the first one of it's kind specifically for people who want to target the homeschool market.  You won't want to miss this great opportunity to get some inside information!

You can read the details at Mel's PRMama Blog and then subscribe at http://www.thehomeschoolmagazine.com/devotional_door/subscribe.php

The first issue will be sent out in November.  You don't want to miss it!

I hope you got some ideas from my MamaBugs blog for meals, etc...look in the camping category! BTW...it sure was funny to be called Sarge again! Haven't heard that in about 14 years! *L*
You know..I think I need a directory for all these blogs I have now! *L* I may end up combining LearningLinks back over into MamaBugs so I can keep up!
