I am NOT a news junkie, but when I heard that Steven Curtis Chapman's family was going to be on Larry King Live to talk about how they are dealing with the tragic loss of their little Maria Sue, I set my DVR.
Because really, can you imagine how a family deals with that type of loss?
I tell you, it was a powerful, powerful testimony. The Chapmans (including Will) answered all the questions about what happened and how they are coping with honesty, humility, and faith. I have NEVER heard such a powerful testimony in the mainstream media.
Well if you check out this link, you can watch all of the clips on YouTube and even hear what Larry King had to say about his time with the Chapmans.
Steven's music and their family's heart for adoption have been a blessing to me for years and even through this tragedy, they are blessing me still. And I know that they are blessing many, many others through the Larry King Live interview.
Please keep them in your prayers. Even as they walk this path with great strength, faith, and hope, it's still an excruciating path.
And soak up the moments with your family. I know the Chapmans would want you to.
