Thanks for all of your tips about digital cameras. It seems like I'm not the only one searching. Once we finally get a chance to actually get out of the house and go shopping, I'll let you all know what we decide.
I think our next shopping trip will be to a farm auction. There's a big one in a nearby community this weekend. It will be our first time to go. From what we hear it's going to be really interesting. They'll have everything from farm animals to farm equipment. Maybe we'll find a tractor and bush hog there. Maybe not. But it's sure to be interesting.
Hey, have you filled out the homeschool shopping survey on the company blog yet? All you have to do is to answer the questions to be entered to win a 2 year subscription to The Old Schoolhouse! The contest will close tonight at midnight though, so go on over there and let us know about how you shop for your homeschool.
However, if you want to just go ahead and subscribe to TOS (like I'm always suggesting) and you want to get the 19 free gifts (which are especially awesome right now), you can just click on that picture of the girl reading the magazine in my sidebar. That's my special affiliate link to the magazine and if you subscribe through there, I get credit.
Oh and one other thing, do any of you have resources that you recommend for teaching the Civil War with a Christian perspective? My boys are doing the Civil War for our support group's history fair and we're always on the look out for things with a Christian perspective.
Hope you all are having a great week!
