We are sick and tired of being sick and tired at the Carter house!!! Seems like it's been going on for about 2 weeks now.  I think I need a vacation.

This sinus/stomachy kind of stuff just seems to be going around in waves for us right now.  Tony has lost his voice, the boys have all had coughs, and then I'm just feeling achey, nauseous and the such.  Then last night it hit the 4 year old like a brick wall.  Poor kid threw up on just about everything in 3 rooms of our house.  He's such a trooper and so apologetic about it all.  He kept saying, "I'm sorry I threw up" and would always say that he felt "good", but then just minutes later he'd start hurling again.  Ick.

I was very thankful that my husband has a stronger stomach than I do.  It got so bad that I almost started joining in with him.  Soooo disgusting.  And it just went on all night long.  I remember at one point in the wee early hours of the morning thinking, "this is what it's like to have a newborn that's not sleeping"... except this was stinkier and messier.

Jon hasn't wanted anything at all to eat today and I've just been trying to keep fluids in him.  I keep thinking that he needs something on his stomach, but after all that throwing up last night, I've got to admit I'm a little hesitant to give him anything. 

Then on top of all of that the computers aren't cooperating with us.  I don't know if I'm so exhausted and yucky feeling that I'm just not doing something that I should or what, but AAAAAAAHHHH

So if you think about it, say a prayer for us.  It's just kind of yucky here.
