Week #2 here we come!!
Well I am ready for week #2 to begin. Tomorrow we are adding spelling and grammer and math and tears and wailing and crying and carrying on! LOL Did I mention my guys do not like these subjects. Oh and cursive, we are adding cursive and we may add in sign language, but I may wait a week to add that in and we shall see how it goes---my adding in all those subjects. We may only add spelling and math.
This past weekend I picked up McGuffey's Eclectic Primer for Jacob and McGuffey's Eclectic Spelling Book for them all. Jacob is a struggling reader and I am praying this book will boost his confidence! I will make him some flash cards and see how he does. He has been introduced with phonics but he has a difficult time remembering the rules. He seems to do better with whole words.
Both of the books I bought are on line for free, however I do better having a hard copy in my hands.
