Today's Lana's birthday...hurrah!! ^_^
I "met" Lana about 2 years ago through a friend of mine, and we've kept in contact ever since! She's a sweetie (although I have to admit, she's surprised me quite a few times by turning whacky when I didn't expect it! lol Hehehe, jk!) and I'm really looking forward to meeting her (and Baby H!) in person (Lord Willing) next April. She's a great person, and she's been there for me through some pretty tough times...sharing tears as well as laughter!!
Anyhow, I just wanted to wish you a very happy birthday, Lana Marie!! ^_^ (make sure Luke does something special for you!! =P )

My very first birthday post :)
Hey, btw, I just posted about you and some of my other bloggy friends, it's my 'everybody get to know each other ' post :)

So far on my birthday...
Sunday my in-laws richly gifted me with new pink Converse (!! AWESOME !!! ) a coffee cup that says 'best mom in the universe' (made me feel old), new earrings, and fruit snacks (with added vitamins, so they're good for you. Yeah right! )
Then Luke gave me 'my fair lady' on monday when I was sick, and then I got FOUR cards in the mail yesterday, and this morning Luke bought me coffee and put it in my new cup (I thought the man was going to class - he skipped! Isn't that so awful)
And we used the extra 50 minutes to snuggle and have me open two presents, while I sipped coffee :)
He even remembered my fave type of mocha!
He said he wants to spoil me since it's my only birthday (for years, anyway)to be married but not have kids yet. Kids will be sweet, too, though. Don't get me wrong, we're thrilled to have a baby on the way :)
And I've got even more presents to open and good things to eat later when Luke comes back from work!
I think we're going out to eat for supper :)
AND my side of the family will celebrate my birthday on Sunday (same day as Josiah's b-day, he's very excited to share a special day with big sis!)
This might be the best and biggest birthday EVER! - excepting perhaps last year when Sarah B and Hope took me to a Casting Crowns concert :D

Read the first post. It's the blog of Andrew, the younger brother of my good friend (and very best spanish student, lol) Sarah Beth.
Anyways, it had me laughing... His poor mother. At least she's really cool with them having animals if they take care of them.
Once, Andrew had a pretty little show rabbit and named her Lana. But she died, and that made me sad... He's gotten others since then, though
