Hey girl, I was SO glad to hear from you! Email me and let me know how you're doing with the new little one inside! You need to find a health food store and buy some Hydrated Bentonite for the virus. It's a grayish liquid that looks like lake water, but when put in some juice you can't really taste it. It's basically a volcanic ash that will cleanse the digestive system of impurities and toxins. Ann recommended it and I really do think it works. It doesn't prevent the sickness, but it can definitely lessen it and clean it out of your system. Adults can do a TBS twice a day and the littles can do a tsp twice a day, maybe a little less for Katherine. I gave Hope a 1/2 tsp and she is 22.5 lbs. Hope this helps. Love you, my friend.
