Cat Fishing

One thing I really like to do when I’m bored is to go cat fishing. Not the wet kind, the kind that hates to get wet. For those of you that want to try it, just get an ordinary fishing rod and put a practice plug or a bobber on the end. (Note: do not use anything with a hook). It’s very amusing and good exercise for your cats, and it makes your cat a better mouser. You can let them chase it or you can flip it in the air and make them jump and flip. It’s true what they say; cats always land on their feet. Hurry, hurry, hurry see the amazing flying cat show.

This photography was taken by my little brother, Alex. He’s getting real good with photography. If you want to see his blog, CLICK HERE.

Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Cool cats, your kung-fu picture made me think of our dogs, they play fight every day, and when they do, I notice that they have specific moves, for example. Dog #1 jumps up, like they are going to attack dog #2's back, so dog #2 gets in a fighting position to repel an attack from above, but when dog #1 comes down, they go down just to the side of dog #2, grab them by the neck and flip them onto there back.

Moves that are particularly good, I have seen the dogs use multiple times, then start teaching it the others. The biggest dog that we have ever had, who's name was Hagrid, was seven feet long and capable of nocking over a fully grown ram using a single sholder slam, had a move that was all his own, he would grab a dog by the collar, spin around with the other dog going airborne, then release and the dog would go flying away through the air. Seams like they have there own brand of paw to paw fighting.
