I walked for 20 minutes on my treadmill before I wrote this post!!!
Alright, I can't take another day of thinking about working out, but not actually doing it! I tell myself every night before I go to bed that I am going to get up in the morning and work out, but do I? Noooooo... Why? I have a treadmill that I bought so I would stop having excuses.I am not happy with my figure. The final straw was when I saw a picture of myself at the ball field and thought I look heavier than I realized. I thought I could play the baby card, but the truth is I am just sitting down way too much. This computer is NOT my best workout buddy, if you know what I mean!
So enough is enough! I just got off my treadmill, and you know what it wasn't that hard, and of course I feel great. My problem is staying motivated everyday. Sticking to it is the challenge. So I have decided to make a deal with myself. Let's see how I do, but before I can get on the computer I have to do some form of exercise. Whether it be my treadmill, or cleaning the kitchen, leg lifts, walking around the house, just something. I am only accountable to myself right now, so that is the difficult part. So who would like to join me? Anyone? Everytime you post you have to share something that you did, exercise wise, before you sat down. Whatever it takes to make you feel like you put some extra effort in. Just share, and we shall see if we can't get our bodies toned up. I hope to hear from you, let me know if you are game by leaving it in the comments, and I will come visit your blog to see what you did and cheer you on!
"The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
