The morning was already underway when Den and I decided that we should share the news with our boys. I thought about how I would just blurt it out, but wasn't sure how it would all go down really. I decided that I would just go off my cuff.

I walked out of my bedroom door, hair uncombed, and sat on the couch as casually as I could. I hollered across the house for the boys to come to the living room. Quickly, all the boys gathered round, and planted themselves on the furniture. I smiled at Den, who watched from the kitchen in the background. I could tell he was curious as to how I would share this tid bit of information.

Me: Well boys it looks like we are gonna have some company in June.

Boys: When in June?

Me: Oh....around the 28th, but we will know for sure later.

Boys: Who is it?

Me: Ya know, I've never met him before.

Boys: Ohhhh....well what's his name?

Me: I'm not sure yet.

Long pause.... Den gives me a wink.

Isaiah: Could it be a girl?

Me: Well maybe, not likely, but maybe.

Boys: Are you pregnant?!!!

Me: I ammmmmmmmm!

Boys: I can't believe it! You are kidding me?! Whoa another baby!! Wow!!!!
