For my first "real" post, I wanted to share our Ecosystems Lapbooks that we finished today!  The boys enjoyed creating these colorful books very much.

 We used the project pack from Hands of a Child.  The Ecosystems Project Pack Ebook is their semi-annual freebie right now.   We have done quite a few of the HOAC packs and they are all wonderful.  They are packed with great information and include extra resources as well.  I'll try to post pictures of others we have done in the future. 

We also watched a couple of episodes from the video series Planet Earth and they tied in so nicely with our studies!  We watched the Seasonal Forests and Deep Oceans episodes and they are beautiful videos!  I can't wait to watch the rest of them!

I think we may straight into the Habitats series of the HOAC lapboks next.  :-)
