The snow started yesterday morning and didn't stop until evening.  In all we ended up with about 8".  It is just beautiful.  This morning was gloroius with blue skies and snow covered tree.  The girls had a chance to play outside for a little while this afternoon when it warmed up from the 5 degree temperatures of this morning! 

E started a lapbook on groundhogs today.  We are using the lapbook provided by Homeschool Share.  It is a wonderful lapbook and we had a lot of fun.  My goal is to finish it by Friday.  On Wednesday we will do a small lapbook on fire safety before we head to the fire station on Thursday for a field trip.  I will post photos of the lapbooks and the fire station at the end of the week.
