We are experiencing the coolest July in history this month. We have had rain, clouds, and cool temps. It's kind of useless to have a pool this year. We had a high of 70 yesterday. It's only supposed to get up to 72 today. Makes me want to get ready for winter so I looked into buying caulk for the windows yesterday. We painted the kitchen ceiling yesterday. It didn't take any time at all with DS2 and little ones helping. DH helped by painting the doorway to the bathroom but it hurt his shoulder he had surgery on last month.

I would love it if it would even get down to the 70s at night here! Months of 100 degrees is scorching indeed.

I hope you get a little warm spell just to make it really feel like summer for a while. :)
