Jul. 15, 2008 - Sick and yet, reading...
Hi!! I am sick today. Yet I had finished reading 2 books. One is My Side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George. Which, is about a boy who ran away from home to live in the forest.

And The Winter Room by Gary Paulsen. This book is about the stories Uncle David tells in the room where the family crowds in during the winter. I like Gary Paulsen because of the way he describes things.

Sep. 29, 2006 - An entirely different book ...
for young girls like me. My mom recommended it but I didn't buy it at first. But when I started reading it.. i couldn't put it down... It is an "I" book but very good one at that.
The author is a veterinarian. This is his autobiography.
It is humorous and real.

Man: Nice to put in soup.
Then I ran away.And I wrote on the rock in front of the cave saying ;
