Writing Class: Lesson 1
Hi!!!! I am doing a writing class at Suzy's Writing Corner, I have to post the answers in my blog.
Here's lesson 1......
Setting: Alaskan wilderness
Problem: Alone in the wild with only a pack of wolves and she needs to find her father.
Plot: She learned their language, survived in the wild and lived with the wolves.
Solution: She travels with the wolves and finds her father.
Julie of the Wolves
Character: Julie / Miyax, an Eskimo
Setting: Alaskan wilderness

I've heard of Julie of the Wolves but never read it. But you showed me the 5 elements of the story so I now know basically what the book is about. Nice job!
You did a good job with the problem, and the solution related back to the problem. Excellent!
You showed me one plot element (learning the language). I was wondering if you could think of one other thing that happened in the story (another plot element) that helps work toward the solution. You can just add it real quick to what you have here if you can think of one.
