END OF SEASON BASKETBALL PARTY!!
for all teams and their families
Come and join us for the end of the season basketball party on Thursday, February 18, 6:00 pm at Wesley Seminary gym (the old Broadmoor Baptist Church) at 787 E. Northside Drive in Jackson. This is a party for all Victors teams and their families. All players need a ticket to get in, the ticket being their clean basketball uniforms to turn in for storage!
This is a BYOP affair (bring your own pizza for your family) AND back by popular demand....the make your own ice cream sundae bar!!! Also please bring a two liter drink to share.
The Varsity boys are asked to come early at 4:30 and set up tables and chairs. They can play basketball until the party starts. We also invite any of the girls junior varsity team to come early and help decorate. We just need to know who will be coming early so we can be sure to have enough help.
PLEASE RSVP!!! to Cathy Sims 601-925-5954 or email at csimsmk@aol.com . We need a headcount to be sure we have enough tables, chairs and, most importantly...enough ice cream and the fixins!!!
Not only do we need help with the tables and decorations, we need some volunteers to bring ice cream, cherries, sprinkles, whipped cream, etc. If we all bring a little, we will have a wonderful ice cream bar. Please call Cathy to volunteer.
The cleanup! We don't need any specific volunteers here, since EVERYONE will be on the clean up committee :)
We will be taking lots of pictures, so if you have Victors shirts, please wear them.
Don't forget to call Cathy to let us know you're coming; to let us know if you'll be there early to set up and decorate; and to see what you can bring for the ice cream bar!
The Victors have had a phenomenal year! Let's have a phenomenal party!!
